Managing Stress
At Work

When things get out of control, that is when we experience STRESS. Now take a D E E P B R E A T H and REBOOT!

 

Start with taking a step back and reevaluate. If you’re on a time crunch, give yourself a time out by getting some fresh air or simply grabbing yourself a cup of coffee. If you have the luxury of time, take the day off, hang out with your girlfriends, go for a hike and sleep early. Come back to work tomorrow with a fresh pair of eyes and start strategizing. I know, I hear you. Stress happens to us every day, but we can get on top of it with these 5 steps.
